By using Linkedify, available at linkedify.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service description
Linkedify is a software service that helps users manage LinkedIn based lead generation workflows. The service can automate actions such as sending direct messages, connection requests, bulk messages to groups of leads, and managing responses based on interactions on LinkedIn posts. Linkedify does not own, control, or operate LinkedIn and has no influence over LinkedIn policies, enforcement, or technical behavior.
2. Relationship to LinkedIn
Linkedify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by LinkedIn. Using automation tools may violate LinkedIn terms or internal enforcement policies. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or permanently disable accounts that use automation. Linkedify does not guarantee uninterrupted access to LinkedIn, prevention of account restrictions, or continued functionality of LinkedIn features. You acknowledge and accept that use of Linkedify may result in actions taken by LinkedIn against your account.
3. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: your LinkedIn account and its use, all messages, content, and actions initiated through Linkedify, ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact leads, complying with applicable laws and regulations including privacy and marketing laws, ensuring that automation settings are appropriate for your account, and any consequences arising from LinkedIn enforcement or restrictions.
4. Data protection roles
For personal data processed through Linkedify: You act as the data controller, Linkedify acts as a data processor. Linkedify processes data solely on your instructions and for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing personal data, including data obtained from LinkedIn interactions. A separate Data Processing Agreement may apply.
5. Data processing and storage
Linkedify processes LinkedIn related data such as profile information, comments, messages, campaign metadata, and automation logs. Certain features allow bulk messaging and exporting lead data. You acknowledge that: exported data is your responsibility once downloaded, you are responsible for securing exported data, and use of exported data must comply with applicable laws. Details about data handling, retention, and security are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Bulk actions and exports
Some features allow bulk actions, including sending messages to groups of leads or exporting lead lists. Before executing bulk actions, you may be required to confirm the scope and intent of the action. You remain fully responsible for the legality and appropriateness of bulk actions and exported data.
7. Third party services
Linkedify depends on third party services, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Unipile, Modal, and Supabase. Linkedify is not responsible for: changes in third party services, service outages or limitations caused by third parties, or policy changes enforced by third parties. Functionality may change or become unavailable due to third party actions beyond our control.
8. No guarantees
Linkedify is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee: specific results, lead generation outcomes, account safety, platform availability, or compatibility with future LinkedIn changes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Linkedify is not liable for LinkedIn account restrictions, suspensions, or bans, Linkedify is not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, Linkedify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Linkedify in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. User authority
You confirm that: you are authorized to connect the LinkedIn account used, you have permission to act on behalf of the account owner if applicable, and you have authority to contact the individuals you reach through Linkedify.
11. Suspension and termination
Linkedify may suspend or terminate access if: these terms are violated, misuse or abuse is detected, or required by law or third party enforcement. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination: active automations will stop, access to the service will end, and data deletion will occur according to the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, you may be required to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
